The past 10 years has seen Tony deliver innovative, award-winning environmental regeneration projects as landscape architect and project manager. Tony has now brought his creativity and motivation along with his strategic business and project management experience into the food manufacturing sector. Next Step Foods is where Tony’s passions for the adventurous and new; environmental sustainability; and healthy, delicious food come together. Tony’s experience includes management of over 25 capital projects; multidisciplinary team and stakeholder management; and excellent communications skills developed through client, contractor and business to business relationships; contractual negotiations and presentation events.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, both from the University of Sheffield.
Naomi began her career as a chef 12 years ago. She has worked in all sections of the kitchen but specialises in pastry work. After training in a 2 rosette restaurant where she gaining her culinary qualifications, she spent 5 years working in a 5 star hotel in the new forest. Here she honed her skills in both pastry and bakery departments.
Naomi has a particular interest in health and nutrition and amongst her other roles she specialised in creating dishes for customers with food intolerances.
After a year cooking in Australia Naomi moved to Sheffield and works as a development chef for a fine food company, where she continues to indulge her passion for top quality ingredients and innovative cooking.
Mark has worked as a learning & development professional for over 17 years, in both Food Manufacturing & Distribution and Telecoms. Mark is passionate about people and facilitating growth. Currently working as the Talent, Learning & Culture Business Partner for Warburtons, he’s leading the development of their Competency Frameworks and coaching members of the Leadership teams. He is also obsessed with making bread!
Mark is director of his own company, Resourceful Learning & Development: Creating learning experiences that enable people and businesses to achieve great things. Mark is also a qualified NLP business practitioner and experienced performance coach.

Joe is a passionate, proven innovator and change agent with over 10 years’ senior and director level leadership and strategic consultancy experience in the public, private and third sector. Joe has 15 years’ experience of developing and transforming enterprises, products and services including social enterprise, creative partnership and commercial housing ventures.
She has a flair for creative innovation and a track record of programme directorship that has delivered across cultural and organisational boundaries. Joe has experience of developing marketing and communications strategies and content planning including exploitation of emerging digital and social platforms. Joe is also an experienced executive coach with a particular interest in motivating for change.
Joe holds a Master’s degree in Critical Theory & Modern Languages and a post graduate diploma in Leadership & Coaching both from the University of Sheffield.
